Clean 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor offers a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, living room, and 3-season porch. The owner, who lives in the building, is looking for a quiet tenant. The owner will consider a well-behaved, trained small dog or cat. If a pet is allowed Tenant must keep clean at all times the yard or litter box. Parking is for 1 car off-street. Possible tenants will need to provide an up-to-date credit report, references, proof of income, driver's license, and full application. The tenant is responsible for electricity, propane heat, hot water, town trash bags (owner takes trash on Wednesdays to the dump), and snow removal around their vehicle (owner has driveway plowed) and their back stairs. The yard is shared with the owner who does have dogs. The kennel is for the owner's exclusive use.
